Principles of Professionalism

Erin covers the 11 principles of professionalism through funny and moving stories. Erin then leads the audience through a series of questions that enables participants to apply and reflect on the principles specific to their work.  The workshop wraps up with a concrete plan for improvement with a review of goal setting in small groups or individually.

Choose Joy

Participants will be guided through tangible action steps to gain perspective on life and work so that their journey may be filled with joy.  Participants will be entertained and inspired through laughter, smiling, graitude, being present and saying "Yes"!  Handouts including action planning and direct application of new strategies will enable participants to implement their choices for Joy.

The Truth about Marketing:  People First

It is time that marketing be demystified.  Most companies and organizations do not have the resources to launch huge billion dollar marketing campaigns.  The real secret to successful marketing is putting people first and building a brand consumers can trust.  This workshop reiterates the impact people have on each other and the company.  By addressing marketing at the root; it is cost effective, strengthens the company on all levels and builds a solid foundation for traditional marketing efforts.

Length: 2 to 6 hours

Aligning Your Organization Equals Greatness

Organizations that are focused and aligned with the mission and vision will be more successful. In the daily grind, this alignment often gets set on the back burner.  Erin will help the team and the leaders look objectively at where time is spent; effort is expended and realign attitudes, actions, and plans for full alignment to create purpose, productivity and a solid foundation to build future endeavors on.

Human Service Requires the High Road

When people commit to serving others through human service organizations, the right to be mediocre is gone.  This workshop identifies the backbone of great human service in strong organizations, the people who choose to work there.   This workshop results in participants having a heightened awareness of their role and why it is important.

Solid Systems Unleash Creativity

This workshop series will empower staff and management to identify areas where systems can be strengthen with the premise that strong systems that are strategically and efficiently implemented will lead to creative, productive and fulfilling work.  Topics include: maximizing time, internal accountability,communication, and creative and efficient meetings.

Length: 1 to 5 days

Know What You Want: Vision

Erin will facilitate discussion, brainstorming, assessment activities and action step planning to clearly define where the organization is going and why it exists.  Key components of this process include mission, core values, strong leadership and articulation of purpose. 

Length: 6 hours to 4 days (This topic is often accompanied with the strategic planning services, but this workshop can serve as a catalyst for more in depth work.)

Leadership:  Caring is Strength

Executives and managers are usually operating under extreme pressure that is compounded by policies, quotas, family life, competition and politics.  When this pressure becomes a stressor, leaders often times will pass the stress onto their team.  This workshop offers opportunities for leaders to self assess and be reassured that caring about the people they work with on the most human level is how great leadership builds great organizations.
