It is a rare occasion that a keynote speaker has the ability to inspire and motivate an audience; with Erin’s powerful presence, enthusiasm, and humor she is able to do this. Staff Development/Training
Erin has an uncanny ability to bring groups of professionals together, establish a comfortable dynamic and empower participants to walk away with clear goals and action steps to achieve those goals. This approach can be applied to various aspects of staff development.
Workshops can range from a half day to a week long, depending on the needs and desired outcomes of the professional development.

Every great executive is often times an island within the organization; balancing fiscal, personnel, public relations, board of directors, programs and aligning the mission and vision. It is helpful to garner a fresh perspective, a confidential sounding board, and a proactive approach to self improvement.
Erin offers phone, email, or face to face coaching for executives. With her extensive experience leading and growing a vital nonprofit organization she is able to offer insight and reflection for executives working to self- evaluate, analyze next steps and strengthen weaknesses within the organizations they are leading.

Creating a vibrant, progressive, proactive, and purposeful organization requires clear vision and, just as important, a well thought out plan. Effective planning requires key people (staff, management, board of directors, community members, funders, customers) to be considered and empowered to play a role. A good, beautifully presented plan will not create a return without the right people aligned and engaged. Erin will help leaders to identify next steps and who needs to be involved.
