About Erin 

Erin believes that there are no limits to what organizations, people, and leaders can accomplish when principles of integrity, honesty, and vision are aligned. 

Erin has an undergraduate degree in Child Development and Psychology from California State University at Sacramento.  She earned a Master of Science in Public Service Administration from the University of Evansville.  During her twelve years of service as an Executive Director, she developed the organization and several programs that were nationally recognized, and was able to make a positive impact in the communities served. 

She has experience as Director of Public Relations for a statewide non-profit organization.  Erin has a distinct ability to dream big while effectively implementing programs.  She is able to communicate her vision and passion which encourages others to join the work with an unparallel level of commitment.

Erin is the mother of four children and has been happily married for twenty years, so she understands how to balance a career with a healthy family life.  Her focus and core belief is always with her family first.  She is an avid reader and enjoys her three dogs and one cat.  Erin is known for her contagious laugh and her powerful presence both on and off stage.

Erin has a unique gift of public speaking.  She is able to actively engage her audiences through genuine messages of professionalism, leadership and strategies for future success.  Her mixture of personal stories and proven practices allows the messages to become relevant and applicable for each audience member.  Erin is funny, compassionate, enthusiastic, and authentic; all a perfect combination for powerful and moving engagements.  Her message is universal:  success starts within and is possible for everyone.
